I received an email from register.com regarding their offering for a free domain so i thought id see if it were true. Sure enough it was, i paid nothing however i did have to enter my credit card information for verification purposes.

The Joomla! community is pleased to announce the immediate availability of Joomla! 1.5.4 [Naiki].
This is a normal maintenance release which includes a few low to
moderate security issues, many bug fixes, and several very nice
improvements. It has been a little over ten weeks since Joomla! 1.5.3 was released on April 24, 2008. The Development Working Group's

I've decided to set the bar high by looking for sites that do over half-a-million uniques per month or belong to a truly substantial company. A good rule of thumb is "do they have a Wikipedia entry?"
